Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping at MyStitchedlife.com, where we strive to offer excellent customer service and simple policies that won't add stress to your life. Our entire team is dedicated to ensuring overall customer happiness, which starts with fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. This means we do our best to get orders shipped on the same business day. Below is some additional information to consider when placing your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days of receiving your order, provided the items are in stock. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time 

Standard Shipping: Packages are typically shipped using USPS and usually arrive within 4 to 10 business days (excluding holidays).  

Expedited Shipping: If you want your package sooner, we offer an Expedited Shipping option that will deliver your package in 2-3 business days. 

Actual shipping will be billed on all orders. You will be charged shipping for each backorder shipment you receive. Your credit card will be charged once your items are shipped. If you have any questions, call us at (504) 357-3802

For quite some time, the fluctuation of crude oil prices has forced the transportation industry to add fuel surcharges to its fees. We add these charges to our invoices with no markup or additional fees. The carriers use an index-based surcharge adjusted monthly, which can be viewed on their websites anytime.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Shortly after your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the package on the shipping company's website.

Rush Delivery:

Express 2-day delivery and overnight delivery refer to "business" days. Express 2-day Orders must be placed by 10 AM EST two days prior to the desired delivery date. If you require Overnight delivery, call us at (504) 357-3802. Overnight Orders must be placed by 10 AM EST the day prior to the desired delivery date.

 Returns 

Your order may be canceled before the dispatch of your goods.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items for alternative products or receive a refund minus the cost of the postage and packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges will only be given if the goods are returned within 10 days of receipt of your order, in perfect condition for resale, and unopened.

To return any products to us, please email us at mystitchedlife@gmail.com to arrange a return. In the subject heading, please state RETURN and detail the unwanted items you would like to exchange or refund prior to posting.

When posting the returns, please enclose a copy of the delivery note and details of which items are being returned with the goods.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Returns on clearance items will not be accepted or credited to your account.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item (s) were damaged during shipping, missing, or incorrect, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue.

Please email us at mystitchedlife@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. The sooner you notify us, the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, so we cannot refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after seven (7) days.

We will not be responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all returns be sent via recorded delivery. Buyers are also responsible for any costs that occur when returning goods.

The refund will be issued when the stock is accepted back into our Corporate office. Once a refund has been processed, you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be paid on the same card as the order, and funds should reach you within 5 to 15 working days.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days. However, please note that depending on your financial institution, it could take longer to see the funds credited to your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have yet to receive a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Exchanges (if applicable) 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at mystitchedlife@gmail.com for full instructions.

 Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
